Performance Guarantee
Inamco shall provide a Personnel Replacement Guarantee associated with the recruitment process and associated recruitment fees. This guarantee shall be effective from the employment commencement date and is validated following payment within 14 days of the applicable recruitment fees.
If the employee leaves or for any other reason other than retrenchment within the 6 week period of guarantee Inamco shall replace the employee charging only your company approved advertising and associate costs.
Following commencement of the replacement employee a credit of 50% of the original recruitment fee shall be issued and a new invoice based on 50% of the recruitment fee calculated from the annual salary package of the replacement candidate shall be issued. The 50% credit shall only apply to one placement.
