Invoicing
Our invoicing for services rendered will be issued on the date the successful candidate’s direct placement occurs with your organization is confirmed, payable 21 days of date of invoice. Contract seconded invoicing shall occur by the 5th day of each calendar month following the pay period.
Service Fee. Following acceptance of your assignment Inamco will undertake substantial work on your behalf. This could include design and placement of advertising, job searches, interviewing and reference checking. If after a shortlist of candidates is presented the position is filled either internally or from another source, or cancelled, a service fee of 5 percent of the first year’s package will be applied.
The recruitment fees are subject to Indonesian Value Added Tax (VAT 10%) and Article 23 Withholding Tax.
