This understanding is gained via a battery of psychometric testing prior to offering a candidate employment. Inamco have the ability to provide expatriates on a long term and short term basis, as direct placements in a recruitment only situation, or as seconded employees. Through contractual arrangements with client companies, Inamco are able to act as a third party or “seconding” company that employs and provides full administration backstopping for the employment of expatriate personnel supporting various businesses in Indonesia.
