An Inamco retained workforce is flexible and easily configured to complement and support a permanent workforce.  The number and types of workers can be coordinated to match the operational peaks and troughs of the business cycle and project schedule. Clients retain operational control over every aspect of the project or workplace from start to finish.  Inamco’s seconded employees work side by side with permanent employees and are fully under client direction and management.  In addition Inamco rates are extremely competitive, often lower than the overhead cost to a client for recruiting and maintaining a permanent employee.  At the core of Inamco workforce operations is the supply of ready to work personnel at a standard and quality only achieved through extensive work experience supplemented by on and off the job training.  On average, each Inamco recruit has a minimum of three years of experience in their field of expertise.
