PROFESSIONAL INDONESIAN LABOR

In 1994 Inamco recognized the need to be able to respond to the rising demand for Professional Indonesian Labor placement. As a result Inamco opened a dedicated division based in Jakarta that have been actively sourcing and recruiting experienced Professional Indonesians. Inamco professionals are recruited and selected only after extensive interviews and background checks. Inamco fully stands behind and guarantees the performance and conduct of workers. Using a computerized data base, in concert with the electronic advertising media the needs of clients can be realized within a relatively short period of time. Candidates are also presented to clients in a standard format that indicates areas of strengths and areas of special skills. All professional candidates hold a Diploma as a minimum requirement, most having attained a degree or better. Professional Indonesians are administered by Inamco personnel also dedicated to this area.
