The standard of skill and abilities for Inamco trade workers are classified according to five levels of competency ranging from level one, a beginning apprentice, through to lead hand, a qualified journeyman technician. Direct recruitment and placement within a client company is a standard alternative to seconded contract placement where qualified candidates remain Inamco employees working within a client organization. In this respect as workers remain on Inamco payroll, Inamco obtains all the necessary permits and documentation. Inamco handles most administration and statutory requirements such as Social Security, (Jamsostek), Income Taxes, Workers Compensation, Holiday Pay, Sick Pay, Comprehensive All Risk, and General Liability Insurance thereby reducing clients’ overhead and administration costs.
