Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma / Polytechnic with technical Skills
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an Oil & Gas and heavy industry (i.e. mining, engineering/construction, drilling).
- English is a must (oral & written).
- Experience with applicant tracking system, internet searches and networking tools is required.
- Should be computer literate
- Strong experience as assessor and interviewer, able to conduct assessment and generate psychological report
- Strong knowledge and familiar with assessment tools
- Good communication, interpersonal and management skill
- Ready to work under pressure & with tight deadline
Job Description:
Performing the full range of recruitment roles including seeking and selecting skilled and professional personnel to anticipate the inquiries for both direct placement and contract basis from local and overseas Clients for Oil & Gas Field, Gold & Copper / Coal and Nickel Mining Projects, Civil Construction Works, General Trading, etc. Advertising the needs, sorting all documents, filing documents, contacting the candidates, selecting and interviewing candidates, preparing and presenting CV of candidates to Clients and other works related to recruitment activities.
