Field Cost Estimator

Qualification:

• Minimum Education S1 or D3.
• At least have 3 (years) years experience in related position
• Experience in Project Management, Experience in the same field, excellent technical and Engineering, Familiar with MS Project or Primavera and MS Office Product, Understanding CAD Drafting Software.
• Language proficiency verbal and written in English.

General Responsibilities:

Engineering Design Services:

• Develop and Maintain a Cost Estimating Data Base from Construction Costs, Materials Costs, and Material & Equipment Costs for Previous Project.
• Prepare Detailed Construction Costs Estimates based on Issue For Construction Drawings.
• To make a report up to date related with project activity.

Construction Supervision Services:

• Prepare and Review Proposed Contract Change Order Cost Estimates based on related contract unit rates.
• To make a report up to date related with project activity

Project Control Services:

• Review Contractor Construction Progress Report during various stages of the work.
• To make a report up to date related with project activity
