Engineer / Designer / Site Engineer

Qualification:

• Minimum Education S1 or D3.
• At least have 3 (years) years experience in related position
• Experience in Project Management, Experience in the same field, Excellent technical and Engineering, Familiar with MS Project or Primavera and MS Office Product, Understanding CAD Drafting Software, Excellent leadership skills to foster and infl.
• Language proficiency verbal and written in English.

General Responsibilities:

Engineering Design Services:

• Develop alternatives for engineering design work.
• Analysis & Evaluate alternatives for engineering design work.
• Assign the operational of design work to Assistance Engineers.
• Monitor works done by Assistance Engineers.
• Report progress of engineering design work to Senior Engineer of its commission.

Construction Supervision Services:

• Report progress of supervision work to Site Manager.
• To monitor & evaluate on working plan, schedule construction equipment, labor, material, & method on site.
• To evaluate contractor shop drawings & as build drawing.
• To prepare and communicate with the Planner or Contractor for every change order, to get the owner approval.
• To makes recommendation on the contractor performance.
• To Monitor activities during the maintenance period.

Project Control Services:

• Collaborate in the preparation and update of comprehensive plans, policies, reports, budgets and other documents.
• Develop, recommend and implementing engineering solutions and others technical procedures, and assist in the preparation of the annual budget.
• Attend and participate in department meetings. Present recommendations and ideas to enhance the division's performance and services it providers. Organize and conduct project staff meetings to coordinate project effort.
• To make a report up to date related with project activity.
